Promotion Rules

GENERAL

1. These Bonus Terms form part of the Company’s Terms of Use, and their acceptance is a prerequisite to account registration. Any capitalised terms used herein that are not defined shall take their meaning from the Terms of Use.

2. All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per: (i) person; (ii) household address; (iii) email address; (iv) phone number; (v) identical payment account number (debit card or credit card); (vi) IP address; (vii) computer; (viii) mobile device (phone or tablet); (ix) application download and/or shared computer (by way of example only: public library, internet cafe or workplace).

3. All the Company’s offers and bonuses are intended for recreational activities only, accordingly, any activity that unfairly exploits or manipulates one or more bonuses or promotions offered by the Company (or its Suppliers) is strictly forbidden.

4. In the event that a Client or a group of Clients engage(s) in Prohibited Practice in respect of a promotion, the Company may, at its sole discretion: (i) limit the eligibility of those Client(s) to participate in the relevant promotion; (ii) amend the terms of any bonus or offer; (iii) cancel and forfeit that Client’s or that group of Clients’ offer, bonus eligibility, bonus amount and any associated bonus winnings at any time in respect of that promotion; (iv) charge an administration cost on the Client up to the value of the deposit bonus or additional payment to cover administrative costs incurred by the Company with respect to any breach of these Bonus Terms to a reasonable level. Where the Company has taken a decision that a Client is to lose an entitlement to any bonus or bonus winnings following any Prohibited Practice, the Company shall provide the Client with an explanation of the relevant Prohibited Practice in which the Client has been engaged.

5. Offers and bonuses are valid only to Clients who fulfil certain conditions.

6. These Bonus Terms were prepared in English. If there are any inconsistencies in any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

7. The Company may, from time to time, offer promotions and/or competitions which are governed by separate terms and conditions. Any promotions, bonuses or special gifts credited to the Client’s account must be used in adherence with those terms and conditions.

8. The Company may cancel, amend or supplement any promotion, competition, bonus or special offer by publishing the amended or supplemented terms or notice of cancellation on the relevant internet page of the promotion, competition or special offer.

No-deposit bonus

1. During registration, the Client can choose a no-deposit bonus in the casino.

2. A bonus of up to 30 FS with a wager of x40 will be credited automatically within 24 hours of registration.

3. Winnings from free spins can be withdrawn only after making a minimum deposit and wagering the deposit x1.

4. If the Client refuses the casino bonus at registration, no bonus will be credited.

Welcome bonus

1. The bonus offer is available to new Banzai Clients who have made 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 deposits.

4. If the Client has funds on both their real and bonus balance, all bets are primarily placed with funds on their real balance. Real funds are used for betting until the real balance reaches 0. The bonus balance is only used for betting if the real balance equals 0.

Invite Friends

1. To participate in the referral programme, the Client must fulfil the following conditions: sign up on the website, complete profile, make one or more successful deposits and invite friends via a referral link.

2. Payouts are made once a week in the amount not exceeding 15% of the funds the Client's friends lost during the past week.

3. If, by the time of the payout, the amount of lost funds has decreased, then the Client will be paid out 15% of the lost amount up to the time of the payout.

Happy Birthday

1. The Promotion is available only for Clients signed up on the website for more than 30 days before their birthday date. Only the Clients using NPR, KZT, UZS, PKR, INR, BDT as their currency may participate.

2. To participate in the Promotion, the Client must place bets (on sports/esports/virtual sports or in the casino) for a total amount of at least UZS 50,000 / INR 500 / KZT 5,000 / BDT 1,000 / PKR 2,000 PKR / NPR 600 during the month preceding the month of the Client's birthday.

3. If the conditions above are met, the Client will receive the bonus. The amount and parameters of the bonuses are determined by the Company. Bonuses under this Promotion are credited no more than once per calendar year. The bonus free spin is credited on any calendar day during the month of the Client's birthday.
