Is it safe?

What should I do if funds haven't been credited to the gaming account?

Funds are credited to the gaming account within a few minutes. In rare cases, the waiting time may be one hour. If the money has not been credited to the casino gaming account within one hour after making a deposit but has been debited from your payment system account, contact the support service of your payment system to clarify the information. How long does it take to withdraw money?

Funds crediting period depends on the payment system.

Usually, it takes a few minutes, but the maximum waiting period is 72 hours.

You can see the withdrawal status in your personal account, in the Deposit sectionIf the status is Paid and the funds weren't credited, please contact the support service of your payment system.

How to withdraw winnings?

  1. In the upper left corner of the website, select the Menu button. Then press Deposit.
  2. Press the Withdrawal button. Select a payment method that you used for making a deposit.

The funds crediting period depends on the payment system. It usually takes a few minutes.

Why do I need to present my personal details for withdrawing funds?

To restore access to your gaming account, please contact the Support Service or follow these instructions:

Send an email to [email protected] specifying the gaming account number, the linked phone number or email address, and also attach the following documents:

  • A photo (selfie) of you holding your passport opened on the page with personal data and photo next to your face;
  • A photo of the passport pages showing your personal data and a photo or another available document which is either a driver's licence, birth certificate or ID card.

Photos should be of high quality, and the data should be visible and easy to read.

The issue of unblocking your account will be resolved as soon as possible, and the decision made on the account status will be sent by email or SMS.
